The starting point for our care service is you - the children, young people, and families that we work with.
Delivering person centred care is at the very core of our service. Access All Care and Training Solutions was established in 2011 and since then has been providing specialist, holistic care which promotes social inclusion and independence.
To ensure the best person-centred care we have a holistic approach that takes into account the whole family’s needs. Our ethos is to provide personal assistants/carers who are specially matched and trained to meet the needs of our clients and families.
Our knowledge, expertise and passion is based on the personal experience of the original three directors, Amy, Mary and Debbie. Debbie and Mary are parents of Hugh and Lucy who both have a learning disability.
Access All was born out of Amy, Debbie and Mary realising that care was not just about the child, it was about the whole family. This included supporting parents and siblings to access services from people who understood how difficult it is to trust others to care for their loved ones. Debbie retired in 2015 but continues to support our work.
Amy and Mary measure their success not only by meeting regulations to the highest standard, but importantly, by establishing meaningful, quality relationships that are based on mutual trust and a non-judgemental approach.
The most important part of our website are the unsolicited comments from both our
families and staff- please enjoy the read, because we did!!!
