Access All Care and Training Solutions ltd is an Outstanding Care and Training Provider that delivers specialist, bespoke, consistent care to disabled children and adults. We are based in Waltham Forest and work in Redbridge, Havering, Waltham Forest, Enfield, Hackney and other local areas.

We are passionate about implementing and supporting Inclusion and welcome staff and Service Users from all different backgrounds, cultures, religions and community groups. At Access All we recognise people as individuals, valuing and celebrating difference.

We provide care to individuals requiring support in a variety of settings including but not limited to: in their own home, in a Supported Living setting and living with family.

Our Personal Assistants/Carers are recruited for their attitude, enthusiasm and dedication to supporting children and adults. We have a diverse team, but the one thing they all have in common is, they are hand-picked and matched to the people and families that they are supporting, to deliver a professional and caring service.

In January 2019 we were very proud to be shortlisted to the finals of the Skills for Care Accolades Awards in the category of "Best Employee of under 50 staff". We were "Highly commended" by the judging panel.

Our biggest achievement to date was in April 2019, when we achieved “Outstanding” in our CQC inspection. This outcome is a result of the hard work and commitment of our entire staff team, both past and present. We are privileged to work with amazing families, without whom, we would not be where we are today. We are looking forward to the future and the exciting opportunities it will bring.
