Access All Care and Training Solutions ltd was established in 2011 and since then, has been providing specialist, holistic care, which promotes social inclusion and independence.
To ensure the best person-centred care we have a holistic approach that takes into account the whole family’s needs. Our ethos is to provide personal assistants/carers who are specially matched and trained to meet the needs of our clients and families.
We have strong Charity links which we are really proud of and we believe in career progression for all staff, especially those who are looking for a career in the Health and Social Care sector.
Everyone at Access All believes in Inclusion and the Social Model of disability. We remove barriers to participation and value everyone as an individual and we beleive this values comes originally from our Chairty work and the learning we did there meeting a diverse and amazing group of people.
Our knowledge, expertise and passion is based on the personal experience of the original three directors, Amy, Mary and Debbie. Debbie and Mary are parents of Hugh and Lucy who both have a learning disability.
Access All was set up by Amy, Debbie and Mary. They wanted to create a care service that was not just about the disabled individual, but the whole family. This included supporting parents and siblings to access services, as they understood how difficult it can be to trust others to care for their loved ones. Debbie retired in 2015 but continues to support our work.
Amy and Mary measure their success not only by meeting regulations to the highest standard, but importantly by establishing meaningful, quality relationships that are based on mutual trust and a non-judgemental approach.
The most important part of our website are the unsolicited comments from both our families and staff- please enjoy the read, because we certainly did!
